The History Museum on the Square's Time Travelers Education Initiative provides field trips, traveling exploration trunks, and special programs to students of all ages.
History Museum on the Square representatives present students and community groups an overview of Springfield and Greene County history through hands-on artifact and reproductions, primary source materials, and other learning aids. Presentation content is adaptable for any age group or grade level. Presentations are made virtually or in person to best accommodate your needs.
Presentation topics follow those of our exploration trunks, but if you are interested in a different topic, please inquire. Please reserve two weeks in advance.
