Summer Camp Policy

You will receive an additional form in a follow-up email regarding camp permissions, hold harmless agreement, and photo release. Please read, sign, and submit the completed paperwork on or before the first day of the camp. Both this digital information form and the signed paper form must be completed and submitted to the History Museum on the Square for your child to attend summer camp at HMS.
