Join us for a panel discussion led by Dr. Marlin Barber and a sneak peak of the new Civics in Action education trunk at the Historic Fox Theatre!

Civic leaders from Missouri State University, Drury University, and the City of Springfield will discuss how we can engage students and foster civic engagement through education, exploring themes of leadership, citizenship, service, and legacy with students in the classroom and beyond.

Attendees will be the first to view the Civics in Action education trunk–a new resource for regional educators to use in the classroom when teaching about civics, democracy, government, and citizenship to students of all ages.
