Meet your Springfield Leaders
$0.00 – $5.00
Families are invited to join us at the historic Fox Theater for a chance to speak with the people that make our community work. Local leaders in city governance, education, and business share their thoughts about leadership in an interactive panel discussion followed by a Q&A session geared toward our youth participants. Adult tickets are $5/person. Youth (17 and under) are FREE and must be pre-registered.
Please note – this is not a drop-off event. Chaperones must stay for the duration of the event. This is a family event – all adults must be accompanied by at least one child.
Saturday, June 8th. Doors open at 9:30AM. Panel discussion begins at 10AM, with Q&A for youth participants to follow.
This event is made possible by the Jeannette L. Musgrave Foundation’s Multi-Year Impact Grant for Student Citizenship and support by the Community Foundation of the Ozarks.
This event is designed as an opportunity for youth participants to learn about leadership and interact with some of Springfield’s leaders. In order to ensure as many kids as possible can participate in this event, only youth participants will be given opportunities to ask questions and have dialogue with the panelists.
